Pricing and terms of use

Terms of use:

By accessing hematomorphology.info and submitting registration information you agree to have read, understood and agree to the terms stated below. These terms of use may be subject to changes without prior notice. It is the users resposibility to regularly check these terms of use for changes.

Membership:

Membership lasts at least one year. The membership year runs from the day of registration to one year following. Membership is always automatically renewed for one year.
You have a 14 days legal reflection period in which you can cancel your membership, you will receive a full refund of your membership fee, however, the sign up fee will not be refunded. If you cancel your membership after this reflection period, a refund is no longer possible.
You can only request 1 subscription of each type of membership.
Personal memberships are provided on a unique and individual basis and is not transferable to others. You will not attempt to use other user’s account, or divulge your username or password to others. If you fail to comply with these conditions, hematomorphology.info reserves the right to cancel your membership without further notice and the right for a refund.
Hematomorphology.info has the right to refuse any future use of memberships registrations after discovering misuse of the login details.

Cancel membership:

Cancellations can only be made by MAIL . You can cancel your membership annually, up to one month before the membership expires.
All of your personal Content will be immediately deleted from the Server upon cancellation. This information can not be recovered once your account is cancelled.

Change in rates and conditions:

The membership fee and membership conditions are subject to change. Pricing changes will be published no later than two months before the change date on Pricing and terms of use. Therefor it is recommended to check the pricing and terms of use before renewal of your subscription.

Access:

Hematomorphology.info has the aim to provide access on a 24/7 basis. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that access will not be restricted at times to allow for maintenance or repair. If so, all efforts will be made to limit the disruption caused.

Limitations:

Hematomorphology.info has not (yet) been optimised for use via mobile devices and users wishing to do so should be aware that they may not experience the full functionality of the site. If you experience difficulties regarding navigating with the menu on mobile devices, you can always use the sitemap to navigate.

Pricing:

The price for subscription to hematomorphology.info and its services will be clearly provided on the site. All prices are in Euros. Where purchases are made from outside the EU, the exchange rate will be calculated by your bank. Although this arrangement is extremely secure, we take no liability for losses caused by unauthorised access to the information provided by you.
Payments can only be made by credit card (through Stripe services) and by iDeal payment with your bank
